Recipes



Forestya's Baked Chicken


1 whole chicken( cut into 4 parts )
1 tea spoon of cardamom
1 tea spoon of cumin powder
2 spoons of powdered milk
1 spoon of honey
1 medium can of tomato puree.
1 whole medium onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 spoon of oyster sauce ( optional )
Chili powder ( optional )
6 spoons of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juices


Preparation:


Mix all the ingredients except the chicken. Marinate the chicken for at least 4 hours.The longer you marinate the chicken the tastier it'll be.
Bake or grill the chicken ( both will work just fine )



Bruschetta beef in tomato basil sauce



1 whole french bread
200 grs mince meat
2 spoons of thousand island 
6 or 7 ripe plum tomatoes (diced)
2 cloves of garlic ( minced )
1 teaspoon  vinegar ( lemon juice )
1 spoon of extra virgin olive oil
5-8 fresh basil leaves,chopped
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil to brush the bread
grated cheese for dressing ( it can be mozzarella or others )


Preparation


Preheat the oven to 450 F or 250 C,Prepare the topping sauce.Chop up the tomatoes and garlic finely.Heat the olive oil and brown the minced meat.Add in tomatoes,garlic and vinegar and mix it well.add in the chopped basil.add salt and pepper as desired.
Slice the french bread on about 1/2 inch thick slices.Coat it with olive oil using the pastry brush.Place in cooking sheet,olive oil side down.Toast for 5-6 minutes,til it begin to golden brown.
Before serving add the tomato beef basil sauce and grated cheese for dressing.

Mix spices rice



2 cups of Basmathi rice
2 ripe tomatoes ( finely chopped )
2-3 fresh chinese celery leaves
2-5 cloves
2 tablespoon of mix spices ( cardamom powder,corriander powder and cumin powder )
6 spoons of butter or gee
1 cube of maggie chicken cube
salt and pepper to taste
water

Preparation 

Wash the rice,drain.mix all the ingredients and cooked until it tender.
