Healthy Tips


Breakfast is the most important meal.Try not to skip it.Once you skip it,you will increase the portion for your lunch,which will  make you gain more weight if you do it everyday.




 Eat more vegetables and fruits.A cup of cooked vegetables or two cups of raw vegetables is great for our body.A cup of fruits give you the boost  for your day.




Drink two glass of water before you eat.So you won't eat so much.Its really good way for those who want to lose weight.Drink at least 8 glasses of water or 2 liters a day.
