Fried Bee Hoon ( Fried Rice Vermicelli )




This is an easy and delicious recipe,suitable for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 250 gram of Bee Hoon ( Rice Vermicelli ) soak in warm water until its soft,don't over soak
  • Fish Ball or Fish Cake ( optional )
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Spoon of Fish Sauce
  • 4 Spoons of Oil 
  • 2 spoons of Oyster Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Green vegetables as desired

Paste:

  • 3-4 Chilies as desired
  • 3-4 Cloves of Garlic

Preparation:

  • Heat the oil in wok,at low-medium flame,add the eggs then  scramble it,add the paste,add in the bee hoon mix it together.add fish sauce,oyster sauce,salt and pepper.mix it well.add fish ball and fish cake if you like.

Oat Soup


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats ( Quacker oats )
  • Carrot Diced
  • Potato Diced
  • 1 Cube of Maggie Chicken
  • Garlic finely chopped
  • Chinese celery,chopped
  • 600 ml of water( you can adjust depend on the thickness you want )
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Vinegar ( as you like )

Preparation:

  • Pour the water  in the pot,at low-medium flame,add the carrot,potato and garlic til boiled,add in the oats,maggie chicken cube,salt and pepper.lastly add the chinese celery.
  • if you like it more sour for the soup add in more vinegar.
